I'm starting to think I need to expand my vocabulary, because it's hard to find words good enough to describe how amazing my experience was. The whole process was incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. The hardest part was picking out which granite I liked best! Audrey is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and on the ball, not only guaranteeing that my laundry room countertop turned out absolutely gorgeous, but in making sure my experience was fantastic. Even the installation went well. The crew is HIGHLY skilled and very respectful and it definitely shows, both in the installation process and in their fabrication work of the countertop. I can honestly say that my new laundry room countertop is one of my highlights of the year. Thank you all, Ned, Audrey, Ceasar, and Oscar.

These guys understand customer service. They did a great job setting expectations and then over delivering on those expectations. They do the opposite of many companies who overpromise and underdeliver.

This was an amazingly positive experience! They were so knowledgeable and helpful in it decision process. We were pleased with how quickly everything went. We loved the countertops in the kitchen and they had remnants to use in our bathrooms which kept the cost down. Great service at a great price. So friendly but professional. We felt like we made new friends in the process! Audrey and Ned are amazing!

The Knapphauses are great people. We did a complete kitchen remodel on our 1998 kitchen and they were a vital part of the process. The customer service was great. We had an issue where our slab was cut and had blemishes and there were no other slabs to replace it. Audrey took care of us and found us a solution that we could be happy with. We also purchased a sink from them which looks fantastic and feels about as deep as a bathtub. The countertops are beautiful and look far more expensive than they actually cost.
